Shipping

Shipping costs have gone up considerably in the last few years. Rest assured that we are always trying to find the most feasable solution to ship. We adjust our shipping rates on a regular basis.

Duties and taxes vary between countries and international shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Europe shipping
Delivery time of approx. 4-10 working days.

Worldwide
Delivery time of approx. 5-25 working days.

Damage

If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Swiss Post who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Once the product has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer.


Returns policy

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch. We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
